I am not sure what the intended behaviour is, and if the bug is the animation being played or the block not happening, but I suppose it is the latter. Am I right?
I did not test this with the light attack, but with the heavy attack the bug happens almost 100% of the time even with <30ms ping (at first I tought it was latency related).
Another minor issue, one that I didn`t think it deserved its topic, is that with high ping (>150ms) sometimes the player takes damage before the Zed attack animation starts. I did not see this with <150ms ping.
Parry/Block does not work immediately after heavy attack
