Getting "lost connection to host" errors on every server - any ideas?

Hi, all.

On every server I've joined so far I've received the "connection lost to host" message and end up getting dumped back to the server selection screen. The timing is pretty inconsistent, though. Sometimes it happens almost immediately after I spawn, sometimes is happens 5 minutes into the match, sometimes 10 minutes into the match. I can always tell when it's about to happen, though, since all of a sudden I'll be unable to shoot, reload, etc. I can still move around though. And the seconds later, the connection is lost.

I ordinarily play with one of my clanmates and he's not yet run into this issue. We always try to play on lower ping servers (less than 100).

Any suggestions to help me troubleshoot this?
