A similar case can be found on Cu Chi. I've seen Vietnamese players in the Alpha police station and general cap and spawn area running around and shooting Americans in what should basically be their spawn point. The commander can literally be bayoneted on either radio at Alpha do to Vietnamese freedom of movement. Once America caps Charlie and Bravo the Vietnamese appear to be able to stay right near those caps and continue to spawnkill Americans.
It would seem that Vietnamese are able to run into and past combat zones to get behind them where there is no zone behind American spawns. On top of all this, when the transition of combat zones DOES work, it takes far too long for Vietnamese to be considered out of bounds upon an objective being taken. For example, when Americans take Alpha and Bravo on Hue, the Vietnamese are still able to sit on those flags for quite a while before they are forced off.
Combat zones should be like rising storm 1. KILL players after they are out of bounds for too long, don't let them run around with a disabled gun for an unlimited amount of time, this serves no purpose in terms of healthy gameplay. Also make combat zone transitioning almost immediate, like it is in ro2/rs1. Once you lose an objective, you should be forced to retreat to defend the next objective, not be allowed to sit in American spawn points getting cheap kills
