My idea for a new character is someone along the lines of a raving lunatic.
What I have in mind would look somewhat similar to a character out of Clockwork Orange. You know the white outfit. Imagine that covered in blood. I don't have a name or much of a back story other that him being British and mentally unstable. Oh and he would love to have a billyclub, nightstick or care to go bopping with.
