Slow-Mo reloading Survivalist passive ain't working no more

Don't know (and don't think) if it's on purpose but the faster reload animation with the Survivalist perk on slow-motion doesn't trigger anymore, it seems to be the normal animation in slow-motion since the summer sideshow update, don't know if it may have something to do with the similar gunslinger perk that ain't working but it is (quite) a game changer...any infos?
