[MP]More voice commands

Would be great to get some additional voice commands to save on typing, eg:

1. Thank you! (esp if someone gives you dosh)
2. Stick together!! (so so important)
3. Somebody heal me!! (can't remember if this is ingame. Helps medics identify who needs help)
4. Fleshpound or Scrake!!
