Whenever the mouse is moved on the main menu and in-game. The game freezes up and will only return to normal when the mouse isn't moving. On it's own, the game performs just fine. Keyboard inputs have no effect on it either. I use a Razer Deathadder, but have tried to use other mice only for the same thing to happen. Other fixes such as deleting C:\Users\User\Documents\My Games\Rising Storm 2, verifying the game cache, and reinstalling the game haven't fixed anything.
