Killing Floor 2 won't launch (bugsplat error)

Summary: Killing floor 2 will not launch. When i try to launch it, the splash logo will linger but the application will crash and the bugsplat window will popup.
Description: As it says in the summary, the game will not launch correctly. When i try to launch it, it will ccrash and the bugsplat window will popup.

When i first bought the game years ago, it worked fine. I stopped playing in late 2015 and only started again last week, in mid-june 2017. However, my hardware is very different this time. At first, i was getting the bugsplat popup, and i attempted many things to get it to work, and i WAS able to play for a few days this week. However, since then when i attempted to launch the game, i was getting the bugsplat screen too. Nothing i've done has fixed it.

The two times i WAS able to launch the game this week, it took a very long time. The splash logo would linger for about 3 minutes before the game would launch.

Most of the time, the bugsplat popup appears quickly, however, sometimes after i try a fix, it takes longer. When i added -windowed and -dx10 to my launch settings, i could a KF2 "window" appear very briefly before the bugsplat popup interrupted it, so i'm guessing the applicaiton is having trouble right after launching proper, but i'm no computer expert so i wouldn't want to assume.

My specs:

System: Windows 10 (64 bit)
Processor: AMD FX 8350 (4.0, 8 core)
GFX: AMD Radeon R7 370 (4 gb)
RAM: 16gb

I have tried the following to fix the problem:
-restart computer
-verify cache
-delete Killing Floor 2 folder in User/My Documents
-Run as admin
-run steam as admin
-add "-windowed -dx10" to launch options
-run in compatability mode (windows 7 and windows 8)
-uninstall/reinstall Killing Floor 2 (twice)
-uninstall/reinstall physX, dotnet, directx, vcredist

Pretty much anything and everything suggested from forums other people's posts. I'm sure there are some things i have not tried here, but i can't recall everything.

I have submitted bugsplat reports several times as well when the popup prompts me.

Please let me know if there is any other information i can provide to help. I'd like to get this fixed as soon as possible but nothing has worked.
