When i try to play on KF cant see scoreboard, health, money etc...

When i get in a game solo or multiplayer, it wont show me my health, my armor, my money, the direction to the trader, and the scoreboard. And also when it loads to get on a server, like when i press join server it will go black for a few seconds then connect to the server, instead of the normal loading screen, I've tried verifying my game cache, I've tried re-installing it, I've tried running it as administrator, it play perfectly for a year and a half, but i just got a new computer and now it doesn't work
