Improvised weapon perk

So well looking through the pax south screens I noticed a crow bar weapon well if this is for beserker than that would leave him with 5 weapons crowbar,tac shovel,katana,sledgehammer,Shredder But they said every perk will have 4 weapons at release this is also a thing with the vlad 9000 for support it is a 5th weapon so this leads me to believe the shredder and the nail gun are both for some Mac Gyver perk.
