Why do I not own the game anymore?

I just started playing Rising Storm with my mates after they all bought it recently. I last played a year or so ago and I am certain I had Rising Storm since I never had classes locked out and distinctly remember having a lot of fun using the mortar before (despite not really getting any kills).



Is there somewhere I can contact Tripwire and let them know what's happened and see if they can look into my case. I don't really want to buy it again as I feel kind of cheated, being locked out of content that I am certain I own.
