I'm sure this has been pointed out before, but I couldn't find the thread and I wanted to bump it.
I seem to primarily have this with the German tanks. I don't recall it happening with the Russian tanks.
When switching positions, the commander yells "Halt" and the tank stops. I have also had it when as commander I go to open the hatch and sometimes that halts the tank.
There is no reason the tank should be halting like this, the players should have control of the tank.
Note: This has nothing to do with the player crawling inside the tank, dead driver, or anything like that.
