How KF2 modding could work on the PS4

I am not a console gamer and do not own a PS4 so there may be loop holes, a ton of them. I have no knowledge of UE3 but I have made some things in UT2004 (I've only done editing and know some functions, a 'code editor' to say the least.)

My idea might be a pain/hard to do but, nothing the less. Now, I'm not sure how PS3 worked, but I know that you could download files off of them or even upload files to them (Not sure about PS4 but hopefully that's possible). What I'm going for is for people who own a PS4 could get source files of the game onto a USB (like how the system folder had .u files and you could decompile them into .uc files to edit the code and recompile, or how if you launched the KF SDK, it would get you the KFMod, KFChar and other folders with the uc file types in them.)

They could get the files on their PC and edit the code and when their finished, they would compile. But how will the files compile? Now there are 2 ways that this could work. The first way is that Tripwire could provide a compiler along with the game files. Alternatively it could be built into the game on PS4 (Which would kinda suck due to people having to switch USB Stick over and over) Which could be easily solved with a dual usb with long cables.

Now here's an ALTERNATIVE solution.

If that option isn't available, people who own the PC version could port the mods over to PS4 and the developers could add in a custom workshop where people could upload the files into multiple categories. E.g: Zeds Weapons Player Model etc. I guess an option on the main menu to take them to a screen displaying the mods with a search button(to find a specific weapon/mod).

Or another ALTERNATIVE is a poll where people could vote every month to port the best mod(s) on the PC to the PS4. (Maybe the worst idea).

Thoughts and/or ideas are welcome. Sorry for my lack of knowledge on the PS4 and modding and multiple flaws(if they are present).
