Howdy folks.
RO2 is by far my favorite game and it worked great until yesterday.
Just to clear things up, I did NOT install any new software or hardware. Also no updates were installed.
The game starts up just fine. Main menue has no issues as well.
BUT when I want to join a server it takes ages. Sometimes it doesn't connect at all. It just says "connecting" and thats it.
When I finally make it into a server I see this:

The server was full at the time.
Next, after multiple reconnection attempts I get this in class selection:
When I'm ingame, I sometimes don't spawn at all, or it takes up to 10 seconds past the spawn timer for me to get into my soldier.
Sometimes I get this as well:
First person, no kidding :D
In this instant I could move my mouse and look around, but could not walk.
It seems to me that I am suddenly suffering from a huge input/feedback lag.
