Settings don't show

Hi guys,



This is actually in both RO2 and RS. Whenever I go to settings, they don't show up. None of the tabs have anything underneath them apart from video settings. You can see how frustrating this could be when playing to settings I don't want. I'm running Windows 7 64bit i7 6gb RAM Geforce 610 (I know I know), if any of that helps.
