KF Installing using SteamCMD vs. just clicking [Install] on http://ift.tt/1lpPlH4 ??

Why do all the guides make it so complicated, and tell you to use SteamCMD, when you can just go to this link, and click [Install]??:

And doesn't this method keep the files automatically up-to-date because the Dedicated Server files are treated like a game?



Whereas with the SteamCMD method, you have to manually update your Dedicated Server files every time an update is released? (Or am I wrong?)
