I always play on a server that has the portal turrets, doom bots, and sentry guns and I think that the Official Game should have this implemented.
It really adds to the gameplay. It costs 7500 for a sentry/turret so you really have to be doing well in order to buy one AND there is a sentry/turret for each class.
The medic bot follows you around and some classes have a turret thats stationary and cant be moved. The zeds can do damage to it and it will blow up when its out of health.
It's very rewarding having this item because medic bots heal, other classes help zeds from getting in, but when the levee (turret barrier) breaks the zeds get through and all hell breaks loose.
