How RO2 needs to handle autobalance

The best default solution for team auto-balancing should work like this. The team that has extra players should have their spawning delayed so that there is equal players on the field. So if a game starts with 30 vs 34 players 4 of the players on the bigger team will be waiting until 4 teammates die to spawn in. Teams would always be balanced like this and players would have incentive to balance the teams themselves so that they're not waiting longer to spawn. Won't have the problem of getting switched after fighting for one side for 80% of the game and players will still be able to join their team of choice whenever they like.
