Be able to search for servers not running the new VAC feature in filters

Ever since the patch it's been annoying joining servers only to be autokicked because you're VAC banned. If you could add another filter option to the server browser that would only show the servers not running the VAC feature I would be happy and wouldn't mind the update as much.

It would make it easier for VAC banned players to come together and play. :D
