Prices raised on first Character Packs

I saw recently that the prices of first skin packs were raised.



From Outbreak Character Pack to Urban Character Pack, full prices have never been more than 2 euros. Some packs were cheaper than 1 euro.



Now, prices for those packs are 6~8 euros.



Do you know if there is any official justification for this ?
