Windows UAC every time i start the game??

Every time i boot up RO/RS I get a dialog box for windows UAC (user account control) asking me to confirm if i want to allow the game to make changes.



So far I have



- Validated Steam files

- Deleted the RO folder in My Games

- Performed a fresh install



This has not helped and i still keep getting the dialog box, even though i dont on other games.



Any ideas how i can stop this?
