So with the content still cooking and the wait stretching ahead, I was wondering about the lore of KF2. KF1 seemed pretty simple; some rich psychopath was experimenting with things he shouldn't, and in an attempt to recreate his dead son, discovered some hidden dream of a hideous clone army.
What I'm wondering is where an old Nazi comes into it, how he and Kevin met, what kind of Agenda is there and how did the invasion spread when we slaughtered so many zeds in the UK? Who is the matriarch and why is Kevin trying to kill everyone with this Army of Nightmares? Will this be told slowly with each update or never really fleshed out like Kf1's incredibly basic setup?
If we had some cool story elements to dwell and reflect on in-game, or create conspiracy theories for, it could add another layer to the feel of the game and the horror and impact. Like experiment logs and small "Meet the Zed" trailers that show the conception and Backstory of each zed. Just something I wanted to share, the idea being a horrifying and rich Backstory to make the game feel real and scary.
The writer seemed pretty busy in the last WWAUT graph. Eng4 was getting **** done too. Team them up to make a Backstory.
