Sometimes when switching weapons I will actually loose ammo. For example, I'll have a SCAR and an AK. I'll be shooting the SCAR and it'll be completely empty. I'll reload it, the counter will say 30/120, I'll switch to the AK for a bit, and when I go back to the SCAR the counter will read 28/120.
It almost always 2 rounds, seems like it's random as far as when it happens, and so far I've only really noticed it with Commando but I've been dead set on that perk for a while so I don't know if it affects other perks/weapons.
Sometimes the opposite will happen where I'll completely empty a gun, switch to something else, and after X amount of time I'll notice I have 1 or more rounds for the gun that was previously completely empty. I know you can't get ammo from walking over a weapon, just from ammo crates, and those fill a whole mag. So this seems like a related glitch to me.
