Should medic grenades blow up on impact?

There doesn't really seem to be a reason for a healing grenade that can't hurt the thrower to not detonate immediately upon impact. Given its ability to heal, it would actually make more sense for an impact detonation so that the life or death healing it can provide can reach its targets immediately.

Thematically it makes perfect sense. The only argument against it really would be "it'd make the medic grenade overpowered!"

I'm not really fond of that argument because it would be way cooler and feel more fluid to have the medic's grenade detonate on impact. The grenade's damage or healing is also unchanged by having it detonate on impact. It just saves you the trouble of having to time it's impact in advance. It's more of a quality of life change than a balance change. It saves you trouble, that doesn't make it overpowered.

Also, all grenades should be cookable, but that's a discussion for another thread.
