I would like to start off with saying that I went through stream to try to get a a refund but I was denied due to playtime. The reasons why I want a refund is because I do not think TWI is doing a good job at early access and would like to wash my hands from all of it.
I know this is a long shot here but is it possible to get a refund directly from tripwire?
