Odd arm/shoulder bone movement during single-shell (SG 500/M4 Combat) tactical reload

Category: animation

Reproducibility: Always

Summary: When doing a single-shelled weapon (SG 500 or M4 Combat) tactical reload using an ultra-widescreen/multi-monitor (21:9 or wider) resolution, the upper arm/shoulder bones of the first-person weapon models are shown in the lower left corner when they shouldn't be.

Description: The location of the shoulder bones during the SG 500 and M4 Combat tactical reloads are both anatomically incorrect and very distracting to have flashing in the corners of the screen when using ultra-wide (21:9) and multi-monitor resolutions. No other first-person animations behave the way these do.

This bug is always reproducible. Steps:

1) Use an ultra-wide resolution, such as 2560x1080, 3840x1440, or an AMD Eyefinity or NVidia Surround resolution.

2) Select Support perk, level 15 or above with "Tactical Reload" perk. Any map or gamemode.

3) Acquire the SG 500 Pump Action and/or the M4 Combat Shotgun.

4) fire off a few rounds, reload. Look in the corner of the screen and observe the stray shoulder bones.

Online/Offline: Both.

Here is a video link to the bug. If this is unacceptable, I can get screenshots. (but I felt those weren't as clear at illustrating the bug). First two animations are the ones in question, then a tactical reload of the 9mm pistol to illustrate how the other animations keep the shoulders in the correct position.
