New Perk Idea-[Agent]-The Dual Pistol Perk

This perk name is 'Agent', that uses 'Dual pistol'(it calles 'Akimbo')
Agent perk has high speed, and takes low attract from Zeds.
The main purpose of this perk is 'backup' and 'helping'. The ability is just good for it.
Also he wears suits with black leather gloves.

The weapon of agent is dual pistol. It has way more high damage and accuracy than the 9mm pistol. And also they uses spare magazines.
