How about a Mosin Nagant for Sharpshooter?
You know, it is a russian bolt-action rifle that uses 'big and beautiful' 7.62mm ammo.
I think the bolt-action have to be faster than crossbow reload.(about 0.7~1.0 second)
Also it uses PU Scope.
