Latency problem

Hi, I have some issues with the game. When I play, lag spikes suddenly happens everytime and my character had a strange position after the lag. It's totally unplayable. I play with friends who live next to me, and they don't have this problem. I tried to add exception to firewall (windows and router).
I don't have much ping on servers (>100 ms)
I run the game on ultra with GTX 770 and i5 4670k at 60 fps, my HDD is 75% free and this is my ping test http://ift.tt/1IcVnts
