Error moving file (loop)

Hi,

I am having issues starting the game because it looks like the game is trying to copy files in My Documents and it just keeps trying over and over. I tried deleting the RO2 files within My Documents but that doesn't seem to work. Somehow the core files are just incorrectly pointed back to My Documents. Can someone help? See my launch file attached.

Its worth mentioning that I have very limited internet access currently so I do not want to re-download and install again.
