Bit confused from the last wwaut

I read the last wwaut in full and everything seemed fine until the chart part that shows time allocated to the dlc.

Is that predictions for how long the dlc will take from this date. Or is there actually been progress since that chart was made.

Basically from what that shows us were looking at around month give or take. Im just here to see if thats true, or has some headway been made since this chart was made and we could possibly expect the dlc this month.
