All players disconnect while map change

Hello,

I've got a problem here for a long time. Every time the map changes to some costum map there is a black screen is appearing while it says your team was defeated nad players are in the main menu of KF and thrown off the server.
I had already reinstalled the server and made no changes at all just putting in some costum maps.
