After seeing PC Gamer inaugurate their new show (appropriately titled "The PC Gamer Show") with Le Boss John Gibson, it dawned on me that not only are TWI's staff very well spoken but they always have interesting things to say.
To boot, they lent PC Gamer very interesting B-roll of behind the scenes development footage (i.e. editor, mocap, etc).
Since the pieces are there, why not go all the way and make a 20-30 minute documentary showcasing their journey to the game's launch? I always enjoyed watching Making Of's from games like Mortal Kombat: Deadly Alliance, Serious Sam 3: BFE or Deus Ex: Human Revolution so seeing one from Tripwire Interactive would be truly invigorating.
TWI's humble beginnings surely make for a captivating tale of the successful underdog (assuming they wanna go for tugging the heart strings). Or they could just hire Michael Bay and show 2 seconds of a clot followed by 90 minutes of explosions.
Either way, I am totally down if they choose to push one out.
