Finishing moves on players

As another way to exploit the new gore system what would you think if, as the last man standing, you get killed and a particular animation plays depending on the zed that killed you?

I could see some resident evil action between a pack of clots and an unfortunate player or a scrake doing a gastric bypass with no anesthesia.
