As we all know, Rising Storm suffers from a CPU bottleneck when looking at foliage which causes FPS drops and low GPU usage. After applying the above tweak, my game is amazingly smooth. FPS drops completely eliminated and constant 99% GPU usage. It's like playing a different game!
