RO2 Stuck at map view

Upon entering a server the game is stuck at the map view. Animations (such as trees moving in the wind and rivers flowing) and sounds work fine but it is eternally stuck there and won't let me see the welcoming screen or the team select screen.



Couldn't find this issue in any FAQ so I made the thread.
