Lower number of vote for ban

Hi,



I would like to see a lower limit to ban players

Like tonight a player named "Mosso" joined and spam mic music like he does for months.



He got kicked but he joined soon after. We then gathered 9 votes and it was not enough.



I also supect him of multissession, he barely use gameply as he hides at spawn while playing music.



Is there anything you can do to lower this limit and have Mosso back to reason ?
