How come I can't block someone on VIOP ?

Hi all,



it happened a few times that some A-hole decides to play some annoying music on his mic, so I click esc key to find his name in the " communication " menu and I can't find him there to block his mic. I also tried in the " Kick Player " menu and couldn't find his name! What gives ??
