Clear, concise Perk Skill descriptions + weight counter

Honestly I think the perk skill descriptions have too much flavor text and not enough factual information. I think giving us the specific numbers would be much better, like in KF1. A few examples:

Field Medic
Level 15: Regeneration = "Dose yourself up: your health regenerates slowly over time, thanks to Horzine nano-bots"
Wouldn't it be a lot better if you told us exactly how much health regeneration it gives? From simple testing I think it increases health by 5 points roughly every 10 seconds. Why not give us that info?

Level 15: Lacerate = "Watch it with that scalpel: you cause Zeds to bleed more after damage with all Perk weapons"
How about telling us what exactly that does? It makes Zeds take damage over time after a Medic damages them, correct? How about telling us how much damage, and over how many seconds as well? Is it a percentage of weapon damage or a fixed value? Even though this perk sucks (does pitiful extra damage), it would be good to know the specifics.

Level 20: Vaccination = "Help prevent the spread of death: your healing grants increased max armor to teammates, plus temporary resistance to Bloat bile."
How much max armor does it increase? I realize it works similarly to the level 10 skill "Armament", but it'd be better if you told us the exact number of armor points a medic dart gives with this skill. As for the Bloat bile resistance... how much resistance? And for how many seconds?

Level 20: Acidic Compound = "A healer to some... death to others! Now, your healing darts can poison Zeds, and your grenades and darts sometimes cause Zeds to panic."
How much damage does this poison do? For how long? And what's the panic chance? And for how long does the panic state last?

Level 25: ZED Time - Sedative = "And time stands still: Medic darts and grenades release a Zed-Sedative that can temporarily stop Zed movement"
For how long does this immobilization last?

Support
Level 10: Regeneration = "Put the medics out of business: your health regenerates slowly over time, thanks to Horzine nano-bots"
Pretty much the same flavor text as the Medic's own Regeneration skill, with zero specific information as well.

Level 15: Tactical Reload = "Be cool. Be quick. Reload faster with perk weapons AND look more elite while you're at it"
More silly flavor text and too little information. How much reload speed is gained from picking this skill?

Commando
Level 15: Tactical Reload = "Be cool. Be quick. Reload faster with perk weapons AND look more elite while you're at it"
Same as the Support skill. Same text, same lack of information.

Berserker
Level 10: Frenzy = "Well, they call you 'Berserker': Your melee damage increases for every 15% of your health lost"
How much damage is gained per -15% health? Does it stack indefinitely(one bonus at 85%, two bonuses at 70%, three bonuses at 55%, four bonuses at 40%, five bonuses at 25%, six bonuses at 10%?) or does it cap at an earlier mark?

Every other skill has clear information with specific percentages and numbers. I think the same could be applied to these.

Also, on a minor note, please add a weight counter to the ingame HUD. I'd like to be able to know how much weight I'm carrying outside of consulting it in the Trader.
