Let me introduce myself first and then I will start my main topic right ahead.
English is not my first language so don't be bothered if you find reading this thread quite complicated :)
If you don't want to read the intro you can just skip it.

<Intro>
I possess both Killing Floor 1 and Killing Floor 2 in my steam library.
They are my favorite games of all time with no doubt even thought I don't play KF1 anymore. (Right now I'm really enjoying KF2)
KF1 was really enjoyable because it provided me with lots of challenges (achievements) and various perks.
Helping others acquire some achievements was another exciting factor for me as well.
Now I have all perks at max levels (level 6) and 100% achievements.
(Total Play Time: 450 hours) Yay!
I know my total play time is not as much as others who have already played the game over 1k hours but it's true I really loved the game.
Currently KF2 is my favorite game and I have the all four perks at level 25.
It is still really difficult to beat HoE with those lv 25 perks but this is not the major problem.
Let me start talking about the real problem which this game has caused just like Killing Floor 1.
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
<Main Part>
Hell on Earth is by far the hardest difficulty you can try on KF2 just like on KF1.
Therefore, beating HoE requires very common senses (such as, Do not rage Scrakes, Do not act independently, Know your perks well) and good tips (Buying the medic pistol in the boss round to heal your teammates faster from a distance). Level 20+ perks are recommended as well on HoE or Suicidal!
The problem is...
You can see players who do even know those useful things on HoE servers.
Let me tell you a real story I experienced recently.
I was killing zeds on a suicidal server and noticed a level 4 medic joined.
I really wanted to tell him to leave the server but just decided to let him enjoy his game.
The problem was he didn't even know how to use the heal dart in a dire situation! He was only using the medic nades (which you can only carry 5 at max) to heal others! What a pain to watch!
I told him to use the middle mouse click to fire the heal dart and then he said "OMG Thx!!!" like he never knew.
At this moment, I was quite curious about what the developers were thinking?
I mean seriously. Why do they give beginners access to the HoE and Suicidal difficulties?? This is not really understandable.
If one of your teammates is below lv 15 on HoE or Suicidal difficulty, it is really hard to expect to beat the game.
Here is another story.
I was playing with my teammates whose levels were above 20 and having fun on a HoE server. Suddenly, a lv 0 commando joined and surprised everyone in the server. One of the teammates talked to him to change his perk to a higher one or leave. Guess what the lv 0 said in response? "Deal with it"
In the end, he left because he was the one who kept dying each wave.
Again, why do KF2 beginners have access to high difficulties??
This is what is happening on KF1 as well.
At least, the developers should have come up with an idea to show a warning sign with "You have no eligibility to join Suicidal/HoE difficulty yet!" whenever beginners try to join such harder difficulties.
In other words, KF2 difficulties should become unlockables.
When a specific perk reaches a specific level, a new difficulty is unlocked and become only available to the perk.
For example,
Whenever "one perk" reaches
level 5, Hard difficulty becomes unlocked and available.
level 10, Suicidal difficulty becomes unlocked and available.
level 20, HoE difficulty becomes unlocked and available.
I'm pretty sure this will improve KF2 a lot.
Please TripWire before the full release think more about this problem!
I hope KF2 will be a great game! :D

Tripwire has made the same problem on KF2 again (I really hope the devs read this)
