Any way to reset perks yourself?

I played like crazy in the first couple of weeks of KF2, getting to 143 registered hours on Steam, then kinda dropped the game for the most part waiting for the next stat reset; since that idea's been dropped apparently, is there any way for me to do this on my own?

There is a ResetPerkLevels command or something along the lines, but it didn't seem to work.
