Problem adding servers to gametracker! (7 days for dead steam gift for resolution!)

1. Nothing wrong with my firewall (it's completly disabled at the moment)
2. I'm not behind NAT, my server is at server room and they aren't blocking anything.
3. I'm running Windows Server 2012 R2 Datacenter

I have 2 servers both running perfectly and you can connect them from console (in game F3, type: open <ip:port>

178.213.233.230:8888 (Query port 8893)
178.213.233.230:8890 (Query port 8893)

Problem:

I cant add those servers in gametracker (http://ift.tt/1mScnsG)

As i know default QueryPort is 27015 in KF2, i have HL running there so i changed it. I've tried with default ports too (server port 7777, query 27015) but no effect, same problem.

I've edited ports to PCServer-KFEngine.ini file, i've also tried with start triggers (-port=xxxx -queryport=xxxx). No effect, same problem. Cant add server to gametracker.

I HAVE EXTRA 7 DAYS TO DIE LICENSE ON MY STEAM ACCOUNT, I'LL GIVE IT TO THAT PERSON WHO SOLVES MY PROBLEM! THANK YOU!
