Question about Digital Deluxe upgrade for RO2/RS

So I do not own the digital deluxe edition for either RO2 or RS. My question is: If I buy the rising storm digital deluxe upgrade do I also get the content from the Red Orchestra 2 digital deluxe upgrade?

If I buy the Red Orchestra 2 digital deluxe upgrade do I also get the content from the rising storm digital deluxe upgrade?

Basically, do I have to buy both upgrades to get all the content or will buying one give me the content from both upgrades.
