He's special ability is to fly as you already suppose and the main thing he got for the survivors is chainsaw on his legs! Yeah, exactly thats, it gotta be look like Pterodactyl and some shaky mess of invalid man and phycho with squeeze eyes and jaw like a Barakka(From MK9) have . Also his special ability will be get rid of chainsaw and throw them into a player.
