Major Controller Issues: Annoying Auto Aim and No GUI Options

Before anyone jumps down my throat about using a controller, I don't care. I've been using a controller with KF1 and every other game on my PC for almost 2 years now. I don't want to hear it.

Anyways, there are some major issues that need to be addressed with this game's controller support. As this game will be launching for SteamOS and PS4, controller support is important.

Firstly, there is some very annoying auto aim that has no option of being turned off. Simply put, sure, some people might actually want some aim assist, but many people don't. On top of that, its actually very annoying to deal with and makes aiming even harder. So please, for the sake of everyone, allow an option to turn off auto aim for controllers. Note that I am calling it auto aim, because its just that excessive.

Second, the GUI options for controllers are completely missing. The keybindings section bugs out as soon as you are using a controller, and on top of all that there are no deadzone options. Deadzone is important especially for many people who have controllers that "drift to the left". That is extremely annoying when your character is always strafing left, and most games with proper controller support dont have this problem as they set their deadzone to an appropriate 30%. An option for it would be better. But rebinding is another animal, as the current control scheme is clunky and plain confusing. Holding the Y button to swap through guns with the dpad? Thats bad, I'm sorry but thats just bad. I give credit for the effort though. I know how I would set up my keybindings but it is not possible at the moment due to the lack of options. I would set up dpad to act as 1-4 on the keyboard, make right thumbstick grenades, make Y use/quickweld (thanks for quickweld btw), b self heal, lb melee, back voice chat, left-trigger and back for throwing cash (this would be accomplished via xpadder, but i still need in-game options to fry the other fish). That's just me though, other people may be fine with the current control scheme. There should be options given to the players though.

I understand its early access and this is the first time TWI has ever put controller support in a game, which I greatly appreciate them doing, but it needs some desperate improvement to even be usable. In the mean time, I'm going back to KF1, as my xpadder profile for that is much more in-line with what I want for controls.

NOTE: I'm using a wireless XBOX 360 controller that has a drift up to 28% on the left stick so I usually set deadzone for everything to 30%. For the right stick the drift is minor downwards and goes up to around 19%, not usually an issue but in some cases it is (cough cough driver san francisco).
