"Community ID" in Banned IDs (WebAdmin)

So I'm wondering if there's a way to add the Community ID (which I'm guessing is the player's name) on the Banned IDs of WebAdmin.

Can anyone help out? A Google search of Killing Floor 2 server "Community ID" ban doesn't return any relevant results.
