Can't find User.ini and RedOrchestra.ini

Pretty much as the title says. I was looking to see if you could set ADS to work by holding down right click instead of toggling it on and off, and found a post where a guy said you could edit user.ini to do so. I went in the game files, followed the path: ~/Library/Application Support/Red Orchestra/System and it wasn't there. Later on I was looking for a way to turn of bloom and I found that you could do so by editing RedOrchestra.ini. I checked the same folder and couldn't find it either. What do you guys think is going on? I'm on a MacBook running Lion 10.7.5
The bloom issue is somewhat solved though, I just toggle it off with the console.
