KF Did not get "Moved to Paris!" achievement

Hi Tripwire Team,



I know you guys are really busy, so I'll make it quick.



I did not get the achievement for beating KFO-Transit on Hell on Earth difficulty, while my mates did.



The one thing that could be the cause for the glitch was the fact that I died while we were fighting off the two Patriarchs.



I have attached some screenshots that I fortunately took (because I wanted to add these guys as Steam friends later) below that back up my claim:

EDIT: I also remembered setting my Steam to "Offline Mode" so my game would not be interrupted by other Steam friends. Not sure if this will affect the achievement or not.
