KF Custom skins to gloal ID?

Is there any way to give a player a custom skin in server perks by global Id for say admin and donaters? Not to sell skins but some of my team members want custom skin without everyone taking the same skin. Also I would like to take a skin like JackOlantern and add an admin patch on it set to the admin global ID so people see they are admin without having to login on server (ingame) Admin.

Does anyone know anything about this? Any and all help will be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance Flapjack.
