Black instead of red reticles.

Does anyone know how I can get the reticles for the combat shogun, bullpup, and scarmk17 to look red again? It seems that the recent end of the line update for killing floor caused them to turn black instead of the usual red for me. I've included some links to screencaps to help clarify my issue.
